About Dr. Gray

Terence Gray, DO believes that when patients take an active role in managing their pain, they regain control of their lives, often leading to significantly improved health and overall quality of life. This philosophy is central to Dr. Gray's approach at Maine Comprehensive Pain Management.

Dr. Gray and his caring staff take an individualized approach to providing patients in Maine with prompt diagnoses and effective pain treatment options. He takes an active role in working on the latest treatment options, continually integrating cutting-edge non-invasive and minimally invasive regenerative therapies into his practice.

Dr. Gray's journey into medicine began after a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he realized his desire to make a significant impact on people's lives. During his time in medical school, Dr. Gray conducted pivotal pain research and authored several publications, laying the groundwork for his career in interventional pain management.

He is not only a healthcare provider but also a proven business leader with advanced training in physician leadership from Harvard Business School and the Heller School at Brandeis University. As a co-founder of SichRay, LLC, Dr. Gray is focused on transforming technological concepts into patented medical products.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Gray enjoys inventing, hunting, lobstering, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Researched, developed, and published the Gray/Campbell Protocol for treating migraine headaches. The results of this research lead to peer reviewers stating this was the most successful results published in the literature to date. The research showed 95% of patients had at least a 50% improvement in headache symptoms and the average patient improvement was 89.13%.
